Our mission is to provide the very best software and services to enhance the Symantec Enterprise Vault environment. Through constant communication with the Enterprise Vault customer base and the Symantec development team we have the knowledge and passion to build and service what matters most to the current and future users of the product suite.

Management

Founder/President

Founder David Ouellette has been working with the Enterprise Vault since it was in beta at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1998, where he worked with the Product Management team. He Joined kVault Software LLC (KVS) in 2000 and as their Technical Director of North America he started and ran the professional services, support and sales engineering teams in the US. He was later on the Product Management team for Enterprise Vault at KVS, Veritas and Symantec until founding Vault Solutions LLC in late 2006.
David has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire and over 31 years experience in software development of enterprise applications.

Joe Famularo joined Vault Solutions LLC in early 2010 as Director of Technical Support and Services. Joe has an extensive background in engineering and technical support developed through his years of service at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, Mercury Computer Systems, and Hewlett-Packard Company.

Jason joined the team full-time in mid 2010. Prior to this, he was the webmaster while also working at the University of New Hampshire's Dimond Library. He has a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
