AVST CallXpress™ Voice Mail Archiving
Archive Accelerator now has fully integrated support for archiving messages from AVST CallXpress and putting them directly into Enterprise Vault. This was done in partnership with AVST.
This integration allows messages to be continuously picked up from AVST and put into Enterprise Vault without the need for the messages to be sent through an email server.
Once messages are in Enterprise Vault, they can be searched on via any of the existing Enterprise Vault methods, including Discovery Accelerator and Compliance Accelerator.
