A: Vault Solutions is a software company which focuses primarily on developing software to enhance Symantec Enterprise Vault archiving and information management software. In addition to the products in our price book, we can develop custom solutions (or add features to our existing solutions) based on customer demain.
Why should we sell your products?
A: Our products add value to a number of message archiving systems. We give resellers an opportunity to provide their customers with an improved product. Our products are also a great opportunity to up-sell when selling other email archiving solutions, increasing a reseller's overall commission and providing added value to your customers.
Do you provide lead registration?
A: Yes! We allow resellers to register a lead for 90 days. This time may be extended if the potential is still actively being pursued.
A: Our software is generally priced per server and per mailbox. Some products are priced per Gb.
A: Our focus is on software sales, but if required, we can provide services to monitor the running of our software, for example.
Does your software required services to install and configure?
A: Most often our software can be installed and configured in a 1 hour webex session with the customer. It can alternatively be installed by the partner, or by Vault Solutions on-site.
Does Vault Solutions provide custom solutions?
A: Yes, most of our products were developed by customer demand. We quite often will add new features to our flagship ‘Archive Accelerator’ product to meet customer requirements.
How scalable is your software?
A: All of our software is built to scale to the largest environments. The architecture of Archive Accelerator is much like that of Enterprise Vault. It consists of multi-threaded windows services which can be installed on multiple servers if required, and managed through a central management console.
A: 99% of our software is written with Microsoft C# utilizing the Microsoft.NET Framework.
What version of Enterprise Vault do you support?
A: We support all version of enterprise vault from 6.0 SP3 onward.
What hardware is required to run your software?
A: Our software is almost always installed directly on the Enterprise Vault server, thereby not requiring additional hardware.
