Custom Reports
We have years of experience developing custom reports for Enterprise Vault, Compliance Accelerator, and Discovery Accelerator. Below are some samples of custom reports Vault Solutions has done for Symantec's Compliance Accelerator product. Many of these reports work with Discovery Accelerator as well.
This reports shows information about the reports that are scheduled to run in Compliance Accelerator. It can show not only the search name, and when it ran, but also details about the search criteria, including the Search Terms.
This report shows the comments that have been added in Compliance Accelerator for a particular review period.
This report shows the reviewers and also members of a department. It also shows what roles the different users have within the department, such as 'Compliance Supervisor', or 'Escalation Reviewer'
This report shows what searches were performed in the given time period. A user can also limit results to specific search creators. The report shows how many hits a given search had and which vaults were searched, in addition to other information.
All reports can produce output in PDF, Excel or CSV format and can be scheduled to run periodically and to automatically email.
